A leading digital concern requires a Support Admin to join their team. Based in JHB.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Minimum 3 years’ Service/Help Desk experience
  • Xero & DEAR inventory
Skills and attributes:
  • Client focused.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Technically Proficient.
Duties and responsibilities:
Admin - Contractor & Outlying Areas:
  • Ensure that daily jobs are allocated to contractors.
  • Ensure that all ETAs from contractors are updated on all systems.
  • Co-ordinate stock required from the warehouse to contractor.
  • Ensure that each contractor works through, prioritizes and closes assigned Manage Engine jobs.
  • Ensure that Manage Engine tickets are closed on behalf of contractors timeously and in accordance with agreed SLA’s.
  • Ensure that contractor comments are up to date on Manage Engine and CMS.
  • Scrutinize all contractor invoices and sign off documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Submit contractor invoices for payment on agreed dates, twice monthly, to finance.
Cost Estimates:
  • Follow up on all pending quotes and escalate to Helpdesk for attention.
  • Create quotes and send to client for approval upon request from Support Technician.
  • Maintain a 100% accuracy all Time Entries captured on Manage Engine.
CMS & Systems:
  • Maintain the virtual movement of stock required for contractors - to and from sites internationally.
Client Service:
  • Maintain healthy client relationships at all times.
  • Prompt accurate responses to client queries.
  • Prompt accurate responses to client escalations from Management.
  • Courteous and well-mannered behaviour towards clients at all times, irrespective of circumstances.
Inbound Technical Calls:
  • Manage, monitor and maintain assigned Outlaying Areas and 3rd Party calls.
Outbound Calls:
  • Making outbound calls to priority 1 clients with offline venues/devices identified by the network offline list.
  • Making outbound calls to specific clients as requested by network directors, regional managers and other senior management staff.
Adhoc:
  • Adhoc duties as requested by Head of Department or CEO.
