POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Taxation
Must be Registered Tax Practitioner
1–3 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in E-filing and Greatsoft essential
Excellent knowledge of the Income Tax Act
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills with clients and external partners
Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks independently

Key Focus Areas

Attend to all Tax Compliance and manage statutory deadlines
All types of registrations with SARS
Prepare and lodge all types of disputes
Communicate related matters to clients promptly
Keeping assessment records up to date

Key Responsibilities

Manage a busy Tax department
Able to delegate work effectively
Attend to all SARS related matters
Able to prepare, calculate and submit provisional tax returns
Submission of income tax returns
Accurately communicate assessments to clients
Submission of income tax returns
