Employer Description Our client is a Food Manufacturing Company based in Gauteng Job Description Our client has an opportunity for a qualified applicant to join their team in the capacity of a Management Accountant. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following: Develop a detailed understanding of production processes, recipes (Bills of material), yields, labour and overhead drive Ensure costing assumptions are supported by reliable operational and procurement information Lead regular material, purchase-price and manufacturing variance reviews, identify root causes and agree corrective actions Prepare accurate costing and procurement information for customer pricing revies and negotiations, with complete and accurate history of changes Analyse product, customer and channel margins highlighting risks and opportunities Maintain disciplined stock reporting, reconciliation and provision processes Provide financial support to cost-reduction, waste reduction and efficiency initiatives and lead measurement Develop reporting that links operational drivers such as yield, labour, waste and volume to financial performance Other related duties Qualifications Degree in Financial\/Management Accounting CIMA Skills More than 5 years in the FMCG industry Strong Reporting and Analytical Skills Attention to Detail Experience on Syspro is highly beneficial Benefits Provident Fund
