Branch Manager – Food Ingredients (EC)

Employer Description Our client is a supplier of the Food Ingredient based in the Eastern Cape Job Description Our client has an opportunity for a Senior Manager to join their team in the capacity of a Branch Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following: Lead, coach and support the sales team to deliver sustainable revenue growth Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers Oversee pricing strategies and negotiations aligned to margin targets and Head Office guidelines Drive achievement of branch revenue, margin, and profitability targets Develop and execute regional growth strategies in line with company objectives Ensure efficient branch operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and order fulfilment Maintain accurate stock control and alignment between ERP and warehouse systems Oversee demand planning, stock forecasting, and procurement processes. Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and cost optimisation Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including import schedules, deliveries, and fleet operations Ensure compliance with third-party logistics agreements and performance standards Lead and manage cross-functional teams across sales, warehouse, and administration Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal and external standards Any other relateld duties Qualifications Matriculation Degree\/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related Skills Experience within chemicals, ingredients, or FMCG distribution sectors Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a similar role.
