Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Trade Sales Supervisor to manage Telesales Consultants and Sales Representatives. Previous experience within the Cleaning and Hygiene industry is essential.

Requirements

• Must be sales orientated and target driven
• Proven experience as a Telesales / Trade Sales Supervisor and or other Sales/Customer Service Supervision role
• Tracking record of Consultants and Representatives successfully meeting sales quota
• Must be computer literate
• Knowledge of products and services, industry related essential
• Excellent knowledge of English and Afrikaans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to deal with customer queries and complaints
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
