POSITION INFO:

We’re looking for a passionate and self-driven individual to be responsible for driving the overall management of organisational talent and learning programmes, as well as sourcing phenomenal talent for the business.

Ideal candidates will have:

Minimum of a Degree in HR/Business Management/similar related field (Non-negotiable)
At least 5 years’ experience within a similar HR environment for top FMCG/ Manufacturing/ Digital/ Marketing/ Retail companies
Proven experience with non-traditional recruitment and talent acquisition methods
CIPD qualified is advantageous
