JOB SUMMARY:
A job opportunity based in Bedfordview is seeking the expertise of a Talent Acquisition Consultant to successfully source and submit suitable candidates to Consultants for the placements thereof.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education and Minimum Requirements

Minimum: Matric
Ideal: A relevant tertiary qualification in business administration or HR
2 – 5 Years Administration in an agency environment and in a similar role

3rd African language would be an advantage

Responsibilities

Source, qualify and influence Talent for all levels of critical / hard-to-fill positions.
Creatively, proactively mine social media, networking sites, user groups, passive candidates.
Identify, screen and create talent communities and candidate pipelines for current and future positions.
Solid Talent sourcing experience
Track record of successfully filling critical / hard-to-fill roles across different Industries
Exp in up-to-date sourcing techniques
Strong exp in LinkedIn / other social and professional network platforms
Know/exp sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, PNET, Career Junction
Building up a talent pipeline
Servicing existing client requirements through the owning consultant
Building up and maintaining a solid electronic candidate base / CRM and Candidate management system (ATS)
Advertising roles
Screening, Interviewing and shortlisting suitable talent
Submission of suitable candidates via ATS ( task allocation) in order for Senior Recruitment Consultants to action submission to clients
Arranging interviews
Indemnity and reference checking of candidates
Formatting of CV’s if required
Regretting unsuccessful candidates and providing feedback thereof
