JOB DESCRIPTION:

Talent Acquisition Consultant - Finance / Financial Services

Criteria:

National diploma / degree
APSO registration or membership would be advantageous
5+ years' experience as a talent acquisition / internal recruiter, preferably within the financial services or finance space
Managing recruitment processes end to end with full candidate
Extensive experience regarding modern sourcing/searching techniques (for example using Boolean strings etc)
Previous experience of working on applicant tracking systems
Responsible for the entire recruitment process from active sourcing to initial onboarding
