Talent Acquisition Officer (HR Practitioner)

SUMMARY:
Measured Ability Outsourcing Group is continually expanding and constantly scouting the talent market to secure top performing individuals for our internal positions. We have a vacancy for an experienced Talent Acquisition HR practitioner who will be responsible for the sourcing, selection and acquisition of inhouse talent for our company.

POSITION INFO:

• Minimum Requirements:
• Relevant degree human resources / business
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a recruitment specialist is mandatory
• Social Media recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience recruiting for business development, operations and finance roles will be an advantage.
• Previous experience within a recruitment agency or temporary employment service would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

• Duties:
• Full recruitment life cycle including workforce planning, advertising, selection procedure and onboarding.
• Developing and implementing a sustainable sourcing strategy, sourcing channels and methodology.
• Branding and talent attraction
• Build Proactive Recruitment Pipeline and referral network utilizing Linkedin Recruitment Tools.
• Talent Sourcing; finding suitable candidates through the use of Boolean search strings
• Maintaining records, developing analytics, and reporting on recruitment trends and data.
