Measured Ability Outsourcing Group is continually expanding and constantly scouting the talent market to secure top performing individuals for our internal positions. We have a vacancy for an experienced Talent Acquisition HR practitioner who will be responsible for the sourcing, selection and acquisition of inhouse talent for our company.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant degree human resources / business
Minimum 4 years’ experience as a recruitment specialist is mandatory
Social Media recruitment experience is essential.
Experience recruiting for business development, operations and finance roles will be an advantage.
Previous experience within a recruitment agency or temporary employment service would be advantageous.
Excellent written and communication skills.

Duties:
Full recruitment life cycle including workforce planning, advertising, selection procedure and onboarding.
Developing and implementing a sustainable sourcing strategy, sourcing channels and methodology.
Branding and talent attraction
Build Proactive Recruitment Pipeline and referral network utilizing Linkedin Recruitment Tools.
Talent Sourcing; finding suitable candidates through the use of Boolean search strings
Maintaining records, developing analytics, and reporting on recruitment trends and data.
