SUMMARY:
My client based in Umlhanga is looking for an associate to join the Tax team. The team deals with all legal tax matters, from tax planning and structuring to domestic and offshore transactions as well as disputes.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

LLB degree
Post graduate LLM in taxation
Minimum 2 years experience working in an Auditing firm
Admitted Attorney of High Court of South Africa
Own vehicle and valid drivers license
Provide clear legal advise on complex legal matters
Act as counsel on legal issues in effective an timeous manner
Drafting of tax opinions and relevant documentation
Customer focus, work under pressure, attention to detail
