SUMMARY:
DBN000372 - Tax Attorney - Constantia

Purpose of the Job:
To advise clients on tax matters, solve tax disputes, and provide practical guidance on tax planning and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

LLB or relevant legal qualification
Tax law and advisory experience
Experience handling SARS matters and tax disputes
VDP and Debt Compromise experience advantageous
International/cross-border tax experience advantageous

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience: Advise clients on local and international tax matters. Handle tax planning, structuring and compliance. Prepare tax opinions and legal research. Manage SARS disputes, objections and appeals. Handle VDP and Debt Compromise applications. Liaise with SARS and provide client consultations. Keep up to date with tax legislation and support the tax team.
