POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of recruitment consultants
Driving team targets, performance, and revenue growth
Winning new business and expanding client relationships
Leading by example through active billing and business development
Coaching consultants on sourcing, client engagement, and closing deals
Monitoring team pipeline, forecasts, and monthly performance metrics
Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality candidates to clients
Building a strong, motivated, and high-performance team culture

What We’re Looking For

4–6 years of recruitment, sales, or business development experience
Proven track record of consistent billing and achieving targets
Previous team leadership or mentoring experience (advantageous)
Strong business development and client engagement skills
Excellent coaching, leadership, and people development skills
A target-driven, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset
Experience with Placement Partner is advantageous
Degree or Honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, or Business
