SUMMARY:
Travel Agency seeking an After Hours: Team Leader with strong leadership qualities to do consulting, provide information, advice and booking services during Emergency / Afterhours service directly to our clients whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand. This is achieved through exceeding the clientÃ¢Â€Â™s expectations thereby creating long term relationships, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and offering customers the best deals most suited to their needs. The current team needs strong leadership, a Super User experience on booking tool, and Troubleshooting experience on booking tool.
