SUMMARY:
Our client, a global bank and listed financial institution with a reputation of being set apart from the rest, continues to invest in a culture that empowers individuals to flourish. They are seeking to appoint an experienced people and operations Leader to lead their high functioning Global Reconciliations Team.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities include:

Managing the operations of the Global Reconciliations operations
Ensuring that the reconciliations lifecycle is managed,
Ensure the number of outstanding items on recons is reduced,
Lead and manage a team of specialised recon administrators,
Engage and manage the expectations of global stakeholders in South Africa, the UK and Mauritius.

This role will suit a people leader who is able to engage stakeholders in different countries. It will suit an operational professional who understands the Recons process and can lead a highly specialised team in a fast paced and delivery focused environment. This is an office-based opportunity (Sandton), however the company’s existing working protocols will prevail.
