Join a dynamic team as a Team Leader: Packaging About the role: We are seeking a Team Leader to lead our packaging team in Newlands. You will be responsible for ensuring the team achieves daily and weekly production targets while complying with all safety, environmental , and quality standards . As a mid-career professional with 4-6 years of experience , this role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the packaging team to achieve production targets Monitor production performance, equipment efficiency, losses, and downtime Drive continuous improvement and loss elimination initiatives Conduct toolbox talks, safety observations, risk assessments, and audits Coach, develop, and upskill team members Ensure effective shift handovers and communication between teams Qualifications and Skills: Qualifications: BTech (Engineering) or similar Skills: Strong leadership, production and shift management, packaging and manufacturing knowledge Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong safety and quality awareness Coaching, mentoring, and team development skills Industry Focus: This role is ideal for professionals experienced in Manufacturing & Production and FMCG Supply Chain Management . You will collaborate with teams across Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure production targets are met.
