Looking for a competitive Technical Accountant to join an insurance company that specialises in short-term insurance, based in Johannesburg North.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Overseeing financial reporting
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Supervising junior accounting staff
Preparing financial statements
Ability to analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, especially in environments with tight reporting schedules

Qualifications:

Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services
IFRS 9
