Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and manage relationships with key customers.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with both customers and international suppliers.
• Provide technical advice and support on nutraceuticals, dosing systems, and installations.
• Coordinate indenting and import activities to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and ROI to guide strategy and product positioning.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Deliver training and product knowledge sessions for both customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in animal feed additives and/or nutraceuticals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage both commercial and technical aspects of a business unit.
• Ability to analyse markets, identify opportunities, and drive profitability.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally, including after-hours flexibility.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Animal Nutrition, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ technical sales experience, preferably in the animal feed or nutraceuticals sector.
• Demonstrated track record of business growth and sales achievement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial acumen.
