SUMMARY:
Our Cape Town based client seeks the services of an established Technical Build Leader to manage activation and acceptance of new network elements (New sites, upgrades, swap)

POSITION INFO:

Manage activation and acceptance of new network elements (New sites, upgrades, swap).
Ensure SLA during new network elements introduction.
Lead War room teams during upgrade/Swap, ensure interfacing with field teams, and third party network elements representative.
Ensure KPIs and QOS non regression after upgrade
Ensure Site and Cluster Acceptance after upgrade/Swap
Define and provide monthly KPIs for team members performance assessment
10 years + in Mobile Network industry and Experience managing technical team of 10+ people
Knowledge of Radio Swap process, from Technical and Rollout side
Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G QoS and QoE, Radio Fine tuning and optimisation experience
Leader, Not afraid to be hands-on to resolve issues and Problem solving skills
