POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of client business objectives and partner with stakeholders to define functional and integration requirements that drive new features and enhancements.
• Facilitate data mapping by analyzing service calls using tools like SOAPUI and Postman.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams to ensure successful feature delivery.
• Perform functional testing to validate solutions against business needs.
• Coordinate deployment and release management activities.
• Manage defect triage and oversee timely resolution of issues.
• Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with client stakeholders.
• Highly detail-focused with the ability to fully engage with client requirements, ensuring solutions meet expectations.
• Strong communicator capable of collaborating effectively within teams and with clients.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a technical business analyst or related role within software development, preferably in the FinTech or financial services industry.
• Proven ability to contribute technically to software projects, either as a technical lead, analyst, or developer transitioning into analysis.
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with API integration, data mapping, and service testing tools such as SOAPUI or Postman.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working closely with development teams during sprints.
• Experience in functional testing, deployment coordination, and defect management.
