JOB SUMMARY:
A embedded company in the sustainability industry is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. If you are ready to start performing detailed requirements, analysis, documenting processes, and perform user acceptance testing, you need to have a look at this opportunity! You will take complete ownership of the analysis of business requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business / related field / MBA
Minimum 5 years’ experience in BA or similar field.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Competency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience working with Azure DevOps
Examples of prior work – logical Epics, Features, User Stories on a well-maintained backlog.

KPAs:

Evaluate business processes – anticipate requirements and uncover areas for improvement
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes
Stay up to date with latest process and IT advancements in order to automate and modernize systems
Conduct meetings, presentations, and share ideas + findings
Perform requirement analysis
Document and communicate results
Communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders
Work closely with stakeholders, technicians, and managerial staff.
Perform user acceptance testing
Manage DevOps, develop user stories, monitor performance
Grooming and maintaining backlogs
