Technical Business Analyst
Description
â¢ Our client is looking for an experienced and versatile technical business analyst to improve their information technology systems.
â¢ In this role, your duties will include developing software programs to improve our business operations.
â¢ You may also be required to provide training.
â¢ To ensure success as a technical business analyst, you should demonstrate experience and creativity in system development and application design.
â¢ Outstanding technical business analysts combine their IT expertise with in-depth business knowledge.
Responsibilities:
â¢ Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services.
â¢ Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
â¢ Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects.
â¢ Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
â¢ Analysing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services.
â¢ Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments.
â¢ Monitoring product licenses and ensuring compliance with IT industry regulations.
â¢ Ensuring that computer hardware remains compatible with system enhancements and updates.
â¢ Promoting system efficiency and security by integrating performance metrics and encryption.
â¢ Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture.
â¢ Technical Business Analyst Requirements:
â¢ A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, and an accredited qualification in management consultancy, or similar.
â¢ Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry.
â¢ Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
â¢ Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
â¢ Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
â¢ Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.
â¢ Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption.
â¢ Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
â¢ Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
â¢ Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
