JOB SUMMARY:
My client in the Financial Services industry is looking for a Technical IT Document writer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A technical writer typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

Reviewing technical documentation for accuracy and updating it as needed based on changes to processes or products
Providing guidance to junior writers on writing style, grammar, and formatting
Researching topics related to the company’s products or services to create content that resonates with customers
Writing technical documentation such as instructions manuals, training materials, user guides, and troubleshooting guides
Coordinating with other members of the development team throughout the project to ensure that all documentation is up to date
Communicating with clients to gather information about their needs so that documentation can be created that meets their standards
Reviewing technical documents for accuracy and clarity to ensure that they are understandable to users
Editing and revising written materials to ensure that they are grammatically correct and free from technical errors
