Requirements:

Millwright or equivalent Trade Qualification
Mechanical Engineering qualification will be an advantage
10 years'''' working experience in the FMCG sector
Valid Wireman’s license
Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
Good fault-finding skills
Batching will be an advantage
Own Tools
Own Transport
Must be able to relocate
Must be able to work outside normal working hours, Shift work and Standby duties
Working in confined spaces and at heights

Knowledge of the following is critical:

Scada (Wonderware)
PLC’s (Allen Bradley SLC & Micrologix)
Plant Scales and Load cells
Process Control
Motor Control – VSD’s
Earthing systems
