SUMMARY:
Technical Recruitment Consultant - Remote
Our client is seeking a target-driven Technical Recruitment Consultant to join their team remotely and thrive in a performance-based environment.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Drive new business activity across Engineering and Manufacturing markets through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and proactive networking
Build and nurture client relationships from initial contact to signed terms while managing and growing existing accounts through regular communication, consultative service, and exceptional customer care
Provide clients with market insight, talent trends and support around their hiring strategy
Source, screen, and assess candidates using a range of tools (Including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and headhunting)
Manage the recruitment process from initial engagement through to placement, including interview coordination and offer management

Requirements

Proven 360 recruitment experience (Ideally in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar technical sectors)
Working UK hours
Proactive phone-first approach, comfortable with cold calls
Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline and process adherence
Exceptional talent sourcing skills for active and speculative opportunities
