Role Responsibilities

Grow revenue by identifying, engaging, and winning new business across allocated region
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and propose suitable capital equipment solutions
Manage existing accounts to maximise repeat business and longâterm partnerships
Collaborate with technical specialists to prepare accurate proposals and product configurations
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and client presentations
Track market trends, identify gaps, and contribute to strategic sales planning
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management

Minimum Requirements

3–5 years’ experience selling capital equipment, industrial machinery, or engineering solutions
Strong technical acumen — able to understand equipment specifications and applications
Proven success in new business development and territory management
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within region
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipâbuilding skills
Selfâmanaged, targetâdriven, and strategic in approach

Qualifications (advantageous):

Mechanical/Electrical technical background or certificate
Salesârelated qualification
