Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 4-6 years' experience in mechanical or project-based technical sales Proven experience in selling engineering projects, systems, or capital equipment Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fabrication, or industrial projects Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles and closing high-value deals Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills Commercially driven with strong negotiation and presentation abilities Experience working with clients in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new project opportunities within the mechanical engineering space Develop customized technical and commercial proposals for clients Manage the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract award Liaise with internal engineering and project teams to ensure solution feasibility Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery aligned to client expectations Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments Apply now!
