POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description: Join a well-established organisation renowned for delivering innovative industrial gear and power transmission solutions. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with business development, focusing on growing market share within mining operations, EPCMs, and project houses. You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining key customer relationships, and providing tailored technical solutions that meet client requirements. Education: Mechanical Engineering Qualification or Relevant Technical Qualification (Advantageous) Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience within the industrial gear, power transmission, or related engineering industry Strong knowledge of industrial gear units, gearboxes, drives, and power transmission products Proven experience selling into the mining sector and project houses Ability to provide technical support and solution-based selling Strong business development and account management skills Experience engaging with engineers, procurement teams, and project stakeholders Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel Self-driven with a strong customer-centric approach Apply now!
