Technical Sales Executive (HVAC/Refrigeration)

SUMMARY:
Our client who is a leader in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry is urgently looking to employ a Technical HVAC/Refrigeration Sales Executive

POSITION INFO:

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Requirements:

• Matric
• 3 years of Technical HVAC/Refrigeration sales experience
• Must be target driven
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
• Must be confident speaking to clients up to Technical Manager / Technical Director level.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the identification and nurturing of new customers through the development of technical solutions and/or services.
• Manage existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within these accounts.
• Develop and manage new accounts
• Promote the Client''s technical solutions and reinforce marketing strategy within a designated area, whether by market demographic or geographically.
• Meet the agreed sales-based targets.
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish customer rapport with products and services
• Create and submit quotations to clients, managing pricing strategy and annual re-negotiations.
• Assist in the support of technical issues where necessary.
• Form accurate and complete sales proposals
• Educating prospective customers on the superior quality products/services
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads
• Responsible for the submission of the monthly Sales report.
