Technical Sales Manager

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Manage the sales department (external sales team, internal sales team, sales admin, and design team)

Be involved in improving processes and procedures

Close working relationship with the MD and COO who you will report too

Direct sales (CAPEX and PPA)

Predominantly office based with site visits when needed

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in sales within renewable energy

Excellent communication skills

Proven electrical as well as technical knowledge of solar

Implementation of solar projects and solutions is a must

Good sales track record

Be able to take initiative and think outside of the box

Be commercially minded

Outstanding people managing skills

Be able to drive the vision of the company - both externally and internally

Qualification:

Relevant tertiary qualification

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
