POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage new and existing customer accounts. Identify and grow sales opportunities in the chemical, coatings, and metal finishing industries. Analyse customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Provide technical product support and simplify complex concepts for clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and conference pitches. Negotiate pricing and manage contracts. Perform competitor analysis and update CRM systems. Build strong, longâterm customer relationships. Travel to client sites, vendors, and industry events as required. Candidate Profile: Proven sales experience, ideally in chemicals, coatings, or industrial products. Technical background advantageous, with ability to explain concepts clearly. Selfâmotivated, proactive, and targetâdriven. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
