POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description: As an Instrumentation Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing sales within the mining and industrial sectors across the Rustenburg region. You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and provide technical support on a range of instrumentation and process control solutions. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, customer engagement, and business development skills. Education: Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Process Control, or a related technical field. Relevant sales or instrumentation training will be advantageous. Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 3 years' sales experience within instrumentation, process control, or industrial automation. Strong knowledge of instrumentation products and applications. Experience selling into mining, smelters, processing plants, or heavy industry. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
