SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead all technical services functions for an underground hard-rock mining operation in Botswana

POSITION INFO:
Overview: The role will oversee mine planning, geology, surveying, and technical support to ensure safe and efficient mining operations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related Engineering discipline . Minimum 8 years' experience in technical services management within mining. Proven underground hard-rock mining experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Key Responsibilities Manage mine planning, geology, surveying, and technical services activities. Provide technical support to optimise production and resource recovery. Lead and develop technical teams. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: November 2026 Salary: Basic, plus Housing, canteen, travel allowance, rotation allowance, underground allowance, incentives\/bonus based on performance
