Freedom Won has opportunity for a Technical Trainer to enhance the competencies of individual employees and clients by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employee’s workplace performance in alliance with the company’s core values and ensure client’s equipment knowledge. The core responsibilities are to enhance employee’s skills, performance, productivity, quality of work, training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phase of training interventions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Training HOD.
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on the job training for new employees in designated departments.
• Conduct skills gap analysis on employees to identify training needs within relevant departments.
• Conduct training with employees in various departments to increase productivity, quality and working safely.
• Develop and organise training manuals, multimedia visual aids and or any other material relevant to training.
• Plan, develop training material and staff development programs using various training methodologies.
• Analyse the training needs of employees and clients and develop new training programs and or update existing programs.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven working experience as trainer.
• Track record of designing and executing successful training programs.
• Familiarity with traditional and moderns training methods.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong report writing and record keeping ability.
• Aptitude to learn and understand new concepts quickly and to train on new concepts.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Technical training experience, in the field of electrical or engineering or similar.
