POSITION INFO:

Develop and implement training plans
Oversee and manage training programs
Review technical learning policies
Coach and develop facilitators
Evaluate organizational performance
Measure training initiatives effectiveness

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience within the Electrical or Automation industry
Electrical, Electronics and Automation knowledge essential
Great interpersonal skills
Innovative and pro-active

Qualification:
BEng/ BTech or Diploma in Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
