POSITION INFO:

The Technology Operations Lead monitors all events that occur in the enterprise IM environment to allow normal operations and to detect and escalate exception conditions;

Lead, plan, direct and control all activities related to Service Integration and Technical Operation

• The Technology Operations Lead ensure company policies, standards are carried out throughout the area of responsibilities including, but not limited to, service delivery, metering, billing, security, operational risk, orchestration, provision and automation of services;
• Design, deliver and maintain the organisation knowledge management strategy, processes and procedures to ensure relevant information is collated, recorded, organised and shared across all enterprise IM.

Job Requirements:

• IT/IS Related Honours Degree (Essential/Minimum).
• BSc (Hons) Information Systems Technology.
• BComm (Hons) Informatics.
• ITIL Foundations (Essential/Minimum).
• ITIL Intermediate: Service Design (Recommended/Desirable).
• ITIL Intermediate: Service Operations (Recommended/Desirable).vv
