JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Cold call clients (leads) and book meetings for agents
Deliver scripted sales pitch to customers
Handle customer objections and queries
Obtain customer details and information
Follow up on customers on initial interaction

REQUIREMENTS:

1 – 2 years’ telemarketing experience
Knowledge of property
Good communication skills
Persuasiveness
Stress tolerance
Self-motivated
Negotiation skills
