JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Telesales Clerk (FMCG) for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 / equivalent
2+ years telesales experience in FMCG industry (non-negotiable)
Good customer service skills and telephone manner
Good communication / fluency in English
Must be incentive driven and reared to work retail hours
Preference given to candidates available immediately
Clear credit / criminal and contactable, good references

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Calling clients for orders
Upselling and communication promotions
Meeting deadlines and sales targets
Maintain good customer relations
Grow area and market company to new clients
Maximize GP and increase turnover

Salary: R8 000.00 – R10 000.00 per month + incentives & commission
