This multinational brand is looking for a Territory Customer Support Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

An exciting role with a global brand has just opened up! The opportunity is for a Territory Customer Support Manager with responsibilities including providing in-depth technical and commercial sales support to the clients across multiple countries within the agriculture industry.

The successful candidate will be able to achieve marketing unit product support and customer/dealer satisfaction goals in a geographic area of responsibility, by developing channel partner technical and product support capability, preempting and resolving technical and/or parts issues impacting machine performance and uptime, working with channel partners to manage customer relationships, delivering channel partner/customer training and administering product warranty and other reimbursement policies. Job Experience & Skills Required:

Tertiary qualification in Mechanical and Business fields
Technical knowledge and experience of Agriculture equipment and processes is non-negotiable
Equipment and machining experience is essential
5 years experience within a territory management role
