Drive sales growth and operational performance across the territoryManage store profitability, cost control, and revenue growth initiativesSupport franchisees and store management teamsConduct operational audits and ensure brand complianceIdentify new site development and expansion opportunitiesAnalyse business performance and provide strategic reportingBuild strong stakeholder and landlord relationshipsSupport local marketing and business growth strategies
5+ years’ experience in a QSR, FMCG, or multi-unit franchise environmentStrong commercial and operational management experienceExperience with P&L management and financial performance analysisFranchise / Business Management qualification advantageousStrong leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with POS systems and operational reporting platformsWillingness to travel within the assigned territory
