SUMMARY:
We are recruting for a Test Analyst role, pn a 6-month contract. The role is full-time and office-based in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities:

Create and maintain test plans, test cases
Test with or without specifications, when required
Experience of web-based and Windows applications
Solid experience in database and user interface testing
Solid experience in integration testing
Excellent skill and experience in writing Microsoft SQL queries
Experience with automated testing tools such as selenium and JMeter
Understanding / experience of test methodologies and techniques
Creation and execution of manual and automated tests

Required experience and qualifications:

B.Sc. Computer Science /BTech information Technology degree or National Diploma in IT from any reputable institution.
ISTQB/ISEB Foundation Certification in Software Testing
Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a tester or Test analyst
