JOB SUMMARY:
Tourplan Systems Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for a Tourplan Systems Administrator to ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer systems.

Experience required:
3-5 years System Administration experience
Tourplan (software) and Papertrail knowledge
Microsoft Office

Duties include:
Analysis of contractual agreements; Load contracted and non-contracted services into the system
Systems integrity control
Customer and User Support
Identify improvement initiatives
XML: linking suppliers and ensure the communication between Suppliers – Product is smooth and clear
API: assist and resolve queries for internal and external users
Training of internal and external users
Load and manage allocations, free sells etc.
Assist with the development for allocations
