JOB SUMMARY:
Our client based in Centurion, an ISO Implementation Consultancy - is seeking to appoint a Training Business Development Officer on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract basis (*option to become a permanent position):

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Liaising with the relevant SETA/QCTO to maximise the benefits of partnerships/relationships
Implementation and management of SETA learnerships
Recruitment of learners for various SETA programmes
Submission of reports to various stakeholders (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) internally and externally
Ensuring that the company’s Training department complies with all requirements as indicated by the certification bodies, professional bodies and SETA/QCTO
Prepare and attend the site audits for SETA’s and certification bodies

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric + relevant tertiary qualification
MS Office – advanced Excel (reporting)
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
A minimum of (4) years’ experience in a professional Training environment
Experienced in working with SETAs and certification/accreditation bodies (QCTO)
Preferably experienced in having worked within a Sales environment
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
