Training Officer Engineering

POSITION INFO:
Khumani, Northern Cape To schedule, deliver and analyse Engineering training and education for Khumani operations, which includes but not limited to: Training Training material Training reporting Staff supervision (learners) SHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of work Work ethics QUALIFICATIONS Grade 12 ODETDP Level 5 certificate (NQF Level 5) N2 Theoretical Engineering certificate (Millwright) Artisan Trade Test Certificate (Combination of Electrical and any other mechanical discipline) EXPERIENCE Minimum of two (2) years operational Millwright artisan experience Minimum of one (1) year operational mining environment experience Minimum of two (2) years operational engineering training experience Minimum of one (1) year operational SHERQ environment experience (Recommended) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Computer Literacy Advanced user of MS Office System Knowledge Knowledge of CBT and LMS system Communication Communicate across all levels within the company and external Technical Technical aptitude and ability to make recommendations Relationship building and Interpersonal Ability to build relationships with learners Presentation Present theoretical and practical training to learners Legislation Knowledge of all relevant legislation Operational process knowledge Theoretical and practical assessments Training business process knowledge OTHER REQUIREMENTS Medically fit Meet required medical fitness standards Driver's license Valid Code B\/EB driver''''s license ACCREDITATION AND REGISTRATION Registered MQA Assessor Registered MQA Train-the-trainer
