Transformation Business Partner - (EE) Cape Town

SUMMARY:
Seeking a Transformation Business Partner with a BComm or business related degree, plus 5-10 years experience in Insurance in a Change Management role, for an EE position based in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

Job Role

Support the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) with the implementation of the Transformation strategy across the entire Group. The Transformation Business Partners (TBP) are assigned cluster areas to guide on transformation agendas for the group from an alignment and integration perspective.

 Responsibilities

 Transformation strategy implementation and advocacy

• Support the CTO to ensure that integration of transformation plans and activities are aligned to overarching business strategy, vision and objectives of the Group as well as review Transformation agenda on a regular basis.
• With the business clusters, determine opportunity as well as risks regularly as transformation landscape changes per territories.
• Support the Head Transformation Compliance and Reporting to ensure that BEE governance processes and practices are embedded across the cluster businesses.
• Determine opportunities to enhance Group Transformation reputation and brand perception as they arise in the clusters.
• Facilitate the development and maintenance of communication platforms relevant internally and externally to advocate Transformation agenda for the Group.
• Determine collaboration opportunities across the clusters and facilitate these opportunities.
• Support and guide development and implementation of relevant transformation strategic initiatives relevant to the respective Cluster and with their respective teams.
• Monitor the implementation of these plans, initiatives and report to relevant reporting structures internally.
• Conduct regular reporting on the status of the business as per its transformation objectives and reporting to the CTO and relevant transformation committees.

Requirements

Qualifications

• BComm or any other business related degree.

Experience

• 5 - 10 years Insurance business experience in a change management role.
