UX Researcher - Contract

The UX Researcher will be responsible for the research and design of the user experience across all aspects of our business. You'll also be able to suggest improvements or alternatives when appropriate. You should have a keen interest in new technologies such as HTML5/CSS3; JavaScript/jQuery; Android & iOS development; Responsive Web Design (RWD); usability testing methods such as A/B Testing, Usability Tools like Interaction Architects' Action Framework (IAF) and Coded UI's Hotshot toolkit. Requirements

• Creates information products including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and deliverables.
• Conducts research on current Responsible for creating and implementing new user experience (UX) standards
• Responsible for researching target users of the proposed system and their needs.
• Produces, analyzes, documents, and displays research findings.
• Works with the development team to implement future-ready designs.

Qualifications

• Six months of recent UX research experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in research and data analysis with an emphasis on usability testing.
• Experience with user experience design methodology, including requirements gathering, user interviews, persona development, storyboarding, visual design, and prototyping preferred.
