SUMMARY:
A Unit Manager vacancy for an adult ICU unit is available at a hospital based in Pretoria.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of am adult ICU unit, including mentoring, training and professional development of the staff within these units.

Requirements:

3- 5 yrs nursing experience in mixed adult ICU units
Previous management experience essential
min of 2 years private hospital experience
Financial aptitude and ability to interpret financial data

Education/skills requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Nursing Science and SANC 2021 registered

Post basic qualification in Critical Care (essential)

Nursing Management qualification would be advantage

Good communication skills and strong leadership skills

Willing to work flexi hours if required

Computer proficient
