Used Sales Manager
Barberton, Mpumalanga

A fast-growing and dynamic dealership group with multiple locations across South Africa is seeking an experienced and strategic Used Sales Manager to join their Barberton team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Relevant marketing qualification (advantageous)
10 years’ sales experience, preferably in Used Vehicle Sales
Strong management and leadership skills, self-driven and integrity-focused
Knowledge of business operations, policies, marketing, financial analysis, and customer relations
Proficiency in sourcing new stock, accurately evaluating vehicles, and closing sales

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the Used Sales Department to achieve customer satisfaction, owner loyalty, and sales/profit goals
Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the Used Sales business
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and regular engagement
Achieve sales targets and stay updated with industry trends
Present mobility solutions to meet customer needs
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team
