WMS Solution Providers Channel Manager

POSITION INFO:

Our client based in the USA, with a satellite office in Port Elizabeth and Johannesburg, is looking to employ an experienced WMS Solution Providers Channel Manager.Â

In essence the successful candidate will manage the support function to existing Solution Providers and existing clients.Â

(Post implementation of a IT solution, clients sign up support contracts directly with their Solution Providers; with a back-to-back support agreement with our client. All Solution Providers support tickets are opened on our clients portal, and the SP Channel Manager will manage these calls.)

Note : This role will require relocation to the USA within a 24 month period AND working hours whilst in SA of 12h00 (noon) to 21h00.

Qualifications:

• CPIM, B. Com, Logistics related degree (M+3)
• SYSPRO module accreditation is essential

Experience:

• SYSPRO Consultant 5+ Year’s minimum – in a consultant role
• Large distribution / manufacturing experience 5+ Years
• Microsoft SQL Server Query Language 2+ Year’s minimum
• Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Service Experience
• Crystal Reports Report Writing Experience

Job Description:

• As per the attached goals:
  • Manage the back-to-back SP Support function.
  • Manage Support portal tickets with timeous feedback to SP’s
  • Upskill SP staff
  • Close any documentation and tutorial videos to reduce the support burden
  • Site specific documentation and tutorial videos
  • Backend PS support on Upgrades
  • Backend SP support on new project UATs (not client facing)
