SUMMARY:
A proactive and detail-oriented administrative assistant is required to support workshop and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing quotations, tracking machine hours, managing timesheets and invoices, and maintaining accurate records. This role involves direct interaction with clients and technicians, requiring strong communication and organisational skills.

Requirements:

Matric certificate (minimum)
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Prior admin experience preferred
Experience using SAGE is essential
