Warehouse Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable individual to join the warehouse team at our Midrand branch. Attention to detail when receiving goods and preparing orders for customers is essential. We also want someone who is proactive and helpful when dealing with customers and suppliers.

Tasks and duties include:

Unloading and receiving goods and checking against orders.
Inspecting for damage.
Moving goods around a store and stocking shelves.
Stacking bulky goods safely.
Moving heavy pallets and goods using a forklift.
Picking goods, packing and sending correct orders to customers.
Data entry and paperwork.
Regular stock counts.
